Clearway Energy, Inc. (CWEN) released an operating update on its wind, solar and flexible generation fleet on Tuesday, a regulatory filing showed.

The presentation covers the three and nine months ended Sept. 30, 2026. It is posted on the company's investor relations website and furnished under Item 2.02 of Form 8-K.

The company said observed wind and solar resource in the third quarter was in line with the updated forecasts behind its revised 2026 guidance. That guidance was issued with second-quarter results on Aug. 5.

Those forecasts incorporated an El Niño / Southern Oscillation (ENSO) pattern this year, the filing said.

Flexible generation—94%——

Wind compensable generation was supported by favorable wind resource through much of the U.S. and by liquidated damages paid by third-party OEMs, the company said. Minor variances driven by Midwest wind availability partly offset those gains.

Midwest and East wind availability was held back by small projects using discontinued wind OEM technology. The company said those projects are being addressed through an active improvement campaign.

Wind availability in CAISO and Texas reflected improvement campaigns focused on the highest-value assets in those regions.

Solar resource was slightly below P-50 in the Western US, the filing said.

The figures exclude equity method investment projects, including San Juan Mesa, Elkhorn Ridge, Avenal, Desert Sunlight and the Cardinal Fengate JV.

The presentation does not restate the 2026 guidance figures. It also gives no executive quote on the quarter.
