Corteva completes separation of seed business into independent Vylor

Corteva completed the spinoff of its seed operating segment into Vylor via a stock distribution.

Corteva, Inc. (CTVA) said Wednesday it completed its previously announced separation into two independent, publicly traded companies.

The separation split Corteva's seed operating segment into an independent, publicly traded company named Vylor Inc.

The company effected the separation through a pro rata distribution of all outstanding shares of common stock, with a par value of $0.01 per share, of Vylor to holders of Corteva common stock, which also has a par value of $0.01 per share.

That distribution applied to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 24, 2026.

As a result of the distribution, Vylor became an independent, publicly traded company.

Vylor common stock was expected to commence regular-way trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol VYLR on October 1, 2026, according to a regulatory filing.
