Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings expects third-quarter results to exceed guidance
The cruise operator said third-quarter results will beat prior expectations due to strong revenue, while reaffirming full-year guidance.

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) said in a regulatory filing on Tuesday that it expects its third-quarter 2026 results to exceed the guidance provided in its second-quarter earnings release.
The company said the outperformance is primarily driven by better-than-expected revenue performance during the period. At the same time, the company reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance that was previously provided in the earnings release dated July 30, 2026.
In addition to the third-quarter outlook, the company provided financial expectations for the following year. As adjusted for transactions separately announced by its subsidiary, NCL Corporation Ltd., the company expects its full-year 2027 net interest expense to be in the range of $860 million to $880 million.
