Full-year guidance

Roper now expects full-year 2026 adjusted DEPS of $22.35 to $22.40, compared with previous guidance of $22.15 to $22.30.

For the fourth quarter, the company expects adjusted DEPS of $5.95 to $6.00. It expects full-year GAAP DEPS of $25.60 to $25.65, and fourth-quarter GAAP DEPS of $4.27 to $4.32.

The guidance excludes unannounced future acquisitions or divestitures, proceeds from Indicor’s pending divestiture of its Cornell Pump and Roper Pump businesses, and potential share repurchases. It also excludes future effects of the company’s minority investment in Indicor, which the company said cannot be reasonably predicted.

The full-year figure will not equal the sum of the quarters, the company said, due primarily to share repurchases.

Capital deployment

President and CEO Neil Hunn said, “Roper delivered another solid quarter, with 8% total revenue growth, 7% organic revenue growth, 7% EBITDA growth, and 15% adjusted DEPS growth.”

During the quarter, the company deployed $436 million toward three bolt-on acquisitions for its iPipeline, Procare and Strata businesses.

Following the sale of a majority stake in its industrial businesses to CD&R, Roper holds a minority interest in Indicor. Over the first nine months, the company received $1,239.2 million in proceeds from the Indicor transaction.

Over the same period, the company repurchased $2,726.7 million of common stock, compared with no repurchases a year earlier.
