Vertiv Holdings Co. (VRT) said Monday it completed its acquisition of King Environmental Services Ltd. (KES), a Europe-based provider of fluid management, commissioning and load-testing services for high-density, liquid-cooled data centers.

A wholly-owned subsidiary of the company made the acquisition, according to a press release the company furnished with an 8-K filing.

The deal extends Vertiv's thermal management services into Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

It builds on the company's North American fluid management business, including its 2025 acquisition of PurgeRite.

KES is headquartered near Dublin, Ireland, and was founded in 2002. It serves customers across the EMEA region from hubs in North Dublin and Frankfurt, the release said.

Its services include pipework flushing, filtration and water treatment, testing, adjusting and balancing, and large-scale thermal and electrical load testing.

Chief Executive Officer Giordano Albertazzi said: "As computing density increases, the performance of cooling infrastructure depends not only on engineering and system design but on execution in the field."

The financial terms were not disclosed. The company said they are not expected to be material to Vertiv's financial results.
