Amphenol names Ryan Fisher president of Harsh Environment Solutions Division
Luc Walter will transition to a new role as senior vice president of strategic programs after 43 years with the company.
Amphenol Corporation (APH) announced executive changes in a regulatory filing on Monday, naming Ryan Fisher to lead its Harsh Environment Solutions Division effective Jan. 1, 2027.
Fisher currently serves as the group general manager of the company's North American Military Group.
He will succeed Luc Walter, who has spent 43 years with the company.
Walter will transition into a new role as senior vice president of strategic programs, effective on the same date.
The company disclosed the leadership transition in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday, reporting that the changes were communicated to the management team on Oct. 1, 2026.
