The company now expects adjusted EPS of $2.07 to $2.13, up from the $2.03 to $2.09 range it gave on Aug. 5.

Organic net sales are now expected to fall 0.5% to 1.25%, from a decline of 0.5% to 2% in the prior outlook. The outlook includes an approximate 100 basis point impact from incremental SNAP headwinds.

Constant currency adjusted operating income is still expected to fall 16% to 18%. Free cash flow conversion is still expected at about 110%, and interest expense at about $890 million.

The effective tax rate on adjusted EPS is now expected at about 23.5%, down from about 24.5%.

“As we approach the end of the year, we are raising the low end of our Organic Net Sales outlook, reflecting the momentum we have built,” Cahillane said.
