In conjunction with the creation of the Emerging Markets segment, the company moved certain European countries previously within the West and East Emerging Markets operating segment into the Europe and Pacific Developed Markets operating segment.

Following the reorganization, the company manages its operating results through three reportable segments: North America, Europe and Pacific Developed Markets, and Emerging Markets. Previously, the company operated through two reportable segments defined by geographic region, alongside two remaining operating segments consisting of West and East Emerging Markets and Asia Emerging Markets.

The company provided supplemental historical segment financial information conforming to the new reportable segment structure in Exhibit 99.1 for the years ended Dec. 27, 2025, Dec. 28, 2024, and Dec. 30, 2023, as well as quarterly periods through June 27, 2026. The company said the supplemental financial information has no impact on previously reported financial statements for any period.
