Under the new policy, the company intends to pay cash dividends of $0.4375 per share per quarter, or $1.75 per share per year, beginning in the fourth quarter of 2026. The previous policy was $0.375 per share per quarter, or $1.50 per share per year.

Founder, Chairman and CEO Joseph Wm. Foran said in the release: "We are pleased to announce a 17% increase to our fixed dividend — the eighth increase in five years — bringing our quarterly cash dividend to $0.4375 per share per quarter, or $1.75 per share per year."
"The steady growth of our fixed dividend demonstrates the confidence we have in our free cash flow generation and our ability to repay debt," Foran said.
The filing said future dividends remain at the discretion of the board. They will depend on results of operations, cash flows, financial position and capital requirements, along with business conditions, legal, tax and regulatory restrictions, and other factors the board considers at the time.
The filing does not state the total cash cost of the dividend or the number of shares outstanding.
