Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (TTWO) entered into a new long-term Xbox Publisher License Agreement with Microsoft Corporation, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday.

The agreement took effect on Sept. 17, 2026, and replaces all existing Xbox publisher license agreements between the two companies.

Under the terms, the publisher gains the right to develop, publish, manufacture, market, advertise, distribute, and sell Xbox-compatible products across all Xbox devices.

Microsoft will pay the company the applicable wholesale price or agreed revenue share for digitally delivered products and content sold through its platform.

Microsoft retains the right to review, evaluate, and approve each game concept, final game version, packaging, and marketing materials featuring its marks.

The agreement allows Microsoft to charge fees and royalties for each physical media product manufactured on behalf of the company.

Either party may terminate the contract in the event of a material breach or insolvency.

Following expiration or termination, the company retains specific rights to sell off existing inventories.
