Cardinal Health, Inc. (CAH) announced Wednesday that it entered into a binding letter of intent to extend its pharmaceutical distribution agreements with CVS Health through June 30, 2032.

The agreement reflects the continuation of the company's current scope of distribution services, according to a regulatory filing.

"We value our long-standing partnership with CVS Health and look forward to continuing to bring our best-in-class capabilities together to serve their customers," CEO Jason Hollar said in a statement.

In connection with the renewal, Cardinal Health reaffirmed its fiscal year 2027 non-GAAP earnings per share guidance range of $12.40 to $12.60, representing 13% to 15% growth.

The company also reaffirmed its long-term non-GAAP earnings per share growth rate guidance of 12% to 14%.

Growth rates for the fiscal year 2027 guidance are based upon adjusted fiscal year 2026 results which exclude the fiscal year 2026 benefit from the IEEPA tariff refund.

Further updates may be provided during the company's upcoming first quarter earnings call on November 5, 2026.
