Bitmine Immersion Technologies ETH holdings reach 6.02 million tokens in $17.4 billion total

Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (BMNR) announced in a regulatory filing on Monday that its total crypto, cash, marketable securities, and moonshot holdings reached $17.4 billion.

As of Oct. 4, 2026, the company held 6,016,414 Ethereum tokens valued at $2,726 per token, alongside 214 Bitcoin, an $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and an $117 million stake in Eightco Holdings. Total cash and marketable securities stood at $643 million. The company said its Ethereum holdings represent 4.9% of the total 122.1 million token supply, bringing it near its 5% accumulation goal.

Chairman Thomas Lee said in a statement that Bitmine acquired 15,112 Ethereum over the past week and has purchased tokens weekly since launching its treasury strategy on June 30, 2025. The company reported having 5,067,309 staked Ethereum on its MAVAN platform, valued at $13.8 billion, with projected annualized staking revenues of $363 million.
